Songahm Taekwondo
Originally from Korea, Taekwondo means "the way of the hand and foot" and is popular worldwide. It's effectiveness as a stand-up and striking combative style has kept it thriving and relevant in the evolving martial arts world. We train and have trained many Songahm Taekwondo champions. We are proud to offer this martial art in our schools.
F.I.G.H.T. (FIERCE ISRAELI GUERRILLA HAND-TO-HAND TACTICS)
One of the hottest, newest, and most effective self-defense systems around. F.I.G.H.T. stands for (Fierce Israeli Guerrilla Hand-to-hand Tactics). The Haganah system uses straightforward and effective techniques to subdue attackers. Many of these techniques and strategies are battle-proven or have been drawn from the best parts of various martial arts. This hybrid combat style was founded by Mike Lee Kanarek, an Israeli Special Forces Veteran. Del Rio's Martial Arts is one of the few schools in the United States certified to teach Haganah.
